This is the audited report of ESAFF for the year 2010. The accounts were audited by Trion and Co. Certified Public Accounts as per ESAFF constitution article 10.4.3 AUDIT AND CONTROL (a) At least once in every year the accounts of the Organisation shall be examined and audited to ascertain the correctness of the income and expenditure account and balance sheet by one or more properly qualified Auditor or Auditors. (b) The books of account shall be kept at the registered office of the Organisation, or at such other place or places as the Board think fit, and shall at all reasonable times be open for inspection by
