ESAFF welcomes a new Member

The ESAFF Regional Board has extended formal membership to a new member from Mozambique, The latest member which bring the ESAFF membership to 13, is a network of CSOs in Mozambique- ROSA

ROSA submitted a membership application form that was reviewed  during the last Tri-annual General Summit (TGS) that was held in Morogoro April 2011. Accepting the invitation Ms Squine Mucavele, who is the leader of the gender organization called Mugede said; she was grateful to be in a sub regional movement of farmers to advance the aspiration and needs of farmers

She said that in Mozambique, CSOs and farmers, fully participated in the CAADP Compact development and its signing at national level.

Other members of ESAFF are Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Seychelles , Burundi, Rwanda, Lesotho and South Africa
