The event, to be held from <strong>29th September to 3rd October 2014 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania,<\/strong> will draw a total of 35 participants from 5 countries in EAC countries; small scale farmers and the national secretariat technical staff. Other farmer leaders from ESAFF member countries (in DRC, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, \u00a0Seychelles, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe, will be represented<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training workshop will feature key note presentations on<strong> Agriculture Policy Advocacy, Communications and Public Expenditure Tracking technique<\/strong>s. The EAC officials are expected to give presentations on the ongoing policy processes and opportunities for small scale farmers to participate and influence these processes.
